Petersham Properties holiday rentalLuxury holiday rental agency Petersham Properties started in early 2010, as an Internet-marketed business, but without any internal resource to set a strategy for successful marketing or communication.  I became its marketing consultant and executor, carrying out search engine optimisation on the existing website and further developing it to accommodate social media, significantly improving its organic search results overnight. We then allocated a regular budget for search engine marketing (Google AdWords) and Social Media Marketing (Facebook Ads) which drive paid traffic to the business for many of the properties which are not marketed elsewhere.

As an ongoing programme of activity, regular reviews assess the effectiveness of the campaigns, which continue to improve both in its reach and the traffic on the site.
