Empresaria Group plc is a business services group managing a portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. There are currently eighteen recruitment related trading subsidiaries within the group.

From an initial assignment to assist one of the group's associate companies (Sheffield Haworth), we have now worked with nine of the group companies to develop their online presence.

Starting with a brief to address the needs of six of the companies, we have developed a system to handle the very specific requirements of the recruitment market, customisable to the requirements of individual companies.

Custom-built from the ground up, the group now uses a Content Management System (CMS), and user management system to handle the clients, candidates, consultants and vacancies that make up a recruitment business' stock-in-trade.

The system is specifically designed to empower the individual companies, giving them control over their website content and manage their vacancies online within a bespoke database.  Candidates can apply for vacancies and consultants receive applications in real-time.  In addition, client areas provide vacancy and candidate updates, thereby generating an automatic reporting system. 

Both the CMS and the online recruitment system are available under license now, and represent valuable, affordable tools for recruitment based businesses requiring effective online communications.
